Big Springs Trading Company is a local treasure. I've been eating there since it opened in 2005. Jennifer and her crew are a great bunch to be around, and they always make you feel welcome. They also do an amazing job of filling your belly with delicious smoked meats of all sorts. The desserts are homemade, and the cobbler should not be passed up.
