A dual or multiple foreign-exchange rate system is usually intended to be a short-term solution for a country to deal with an economic crisis. Exchange rate type represents a type of exchange rate in the system. By default ’M’ is used for 1st local currency. This is the standard functionality of the system. The type of the translation date determines which date should be used for the translation of the amounts according to the exchange rate table.
